Good to know

Before you book

Do I need a patch test?

Yes, if it’s your first time having lash extensions, a lash lift, a tint or brow lamination. It takes two minutes and needs to be done at least 24 hours beforehand.

How long will my appointment take?

A full set takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on style. Refills are around an hour. Lash lifts and brow treatments are 45 minutes to an hour.

How should I arrive?

With clean lashes and no eye makeup — no mascara, no oily skincare around the eyes. It makes a real difference to how well your set holds.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Only for your first appointment. New clients confirm with a $20 deposit, which comes straight off your total on the day. Once you’ve been in, you just book — no deposit after that. The balance is paid at your appointment and cash is welcome.

What if I need to reschedule?

Give at least 24 hours’ notice and your deposit simply moves across to the new time — reschedule as often as you need. Inside 24 hours, or if you don’t turn up, the deposit is kept. A two-hour appointment can’t be refilled at a day’s notice, which is the whole reason for it.

Can I bring my kids?

It’s a home studio with sharp tools and adhesive fumes, so unfortunately not — and you deserve the two hours to yourself anyway.

How often do I need a fill?

Every two to three weeks. Past three weeks you’ll usually need a full set, so it’s worth staying on schedule.
